HCGA Supervisor

Responsibilities :
  • Support HCGA Manager in preparing and administer HR infrastructure (that includes policies and guidelines) of Training & Development, Company Career Management, Performance Management System, and Competencies Based Management to fulfil HR target in developing and retaining people as an asset.
  • Control and monitor the implementation of organization's recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business.
  • Analyze and deliver the manpower gap between the actual manpower versus the organization needs (based on manpower plan) as a guidance for develop further recruitment plan.
  • Prepare and administer organization chart by job level for every department to easily determine employee level and line reporting.
  • Prepare and administer Performance Appraisal process (such as socialization, PA lists, etc.) as well as assist employee in guide them fill up their performance appraisal to ensure that all Performance Appraisal process is going well.
  • Arrange and facilitate identification and definition of staff employee competencies and their individual development plan for the purpose of soft and hard competencies and upgrading of minimum competencies requirement.
  • Prepare and process training administration to ensure the training administration process is settled properly in line with existing company’s procedures.
  • Compile, review and update all employee’s job description into the appropriate standard of job description to obtain the structured job description for being evaluated.
  • Monitor and control all redundancies and termination including all paperwork and requirements and correct procedure have been adhered to in order to prevent unfair dismissal.
  • Prepare statistic report for HR monthly reports as a reference for management monthly meeting.
  • Monitor the groups office assets, facilities, services, and day to day office operations.
  • Creates and implements procedures that will help to ensure the office is running efficiently for team members to use while ensuring costs are watch over.
  • Identify & prepare employee for retrenchment programs to ensure the retrenchment process are smooth and comply with company’s and government regulations.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree any discipline, preferably in Psychology, Law or Human Resource Management;
  • Minimum having experience in related job for at least 5 years
  • Having broad knowledge about Human Resources science and practice;
  • Good knowledge of labor regulation;
  • Good communication and analytical thinking skill;
  • Willing to work extended hour to meet objective;
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information; & able to work with a high degree of accuracy.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities :
  • Develop strategies for improving the company’s financial performance.
  • Coordinate preparation and monitoring Annual Budget.
  • Ensure accuracy of Financial Statements and interpret the results and identify anomalies.
  • Review viability of proposed project financial structures by developing financial models and doing simulations for major capital expenditure for projects and discussing issues and their resolution with estimators.
  • Monitor actual expenditure against budget for all Section overheads. Assist in the preparation of annual overheads budget.
  • Provide accurate cash flows forecasting information to management.
  • Perform corporate tax payments correctly and honestly, following general provisions and tax procedures.
  • Recommend and supervise the obligation to pay taxes following applicable laws and regulations.
  • Reconciling, calculating, and reporting company tax on time and following applicable regulations.
  • Conducting tax communication in the internal and external environment of BBI verbally and written related to taxation (tax audit & tax reconciliation) to establish good relations between the company and related parties.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be familiar with government taxation regulations and up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
  • Knowledge in analyzing accounting data and financial reports.
  • Able to calculate monthly tax compliance (PPh & PPn), to prepare data and information related to preparation and tax planning strategies, according to tax laws and company policies; and to handle tax audit and tax reconciliation.
  • Excellent in operation MS Office, priority in Excel and taxation application software (e-Faktur and e-SPT).
  • Able to work as a team, quality and accuracy & good communication skill.
  • Possess high level of integrity and ability to work under pressure.
